Contract Land Surveyor

The Contract Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to work independently on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land surveys using advanced surveying equipment
- Analyze data and create accurate maps, drawings, and reports
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate placement of structures and features
- Maintain accurate records of site measurements and data
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Prior experience working as a land surveyor is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Ability to interpret legal documents related to land ownership and boundaries
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month. The duration of the contract may vary depending on project needs.
