Part-Time Restaurant Manager (Faroe-Islands)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must have own visa or work permit
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. The working hours will be flexible but may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Accommodation will not be provided.
