Data Mining Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data mining tools and techniques, and the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner. This is a contract position with potential for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Use data mining tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends
- Analyze data to uncover insights and make recommendations for business decisions
- Present findings in a clear and visually appealing manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Mining Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of data mining tools (e.g. SQL, Python)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods (e.g. regression)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large sets of data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aalborg but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates who possess the necessary qualifications.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa allowing them to work in Denmark.
