IT Manager



As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing technology strategies, maintaining network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing a team of IT professionals.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Ability to develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Experience with cloud computing, data management, and disaster recovery plans

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Ensure network security by implementing protocols and conducting regular audits
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions for employees
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and propose solutions
- Develop data management procedures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Create disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Horsens (visa sponsorship available)
