Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a knowledgeable and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Faisalabad. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to completion. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. You should also possess strong leadership and project management skills to effectively manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project budgets and timelines
- Manage project resources and ensure their efficient use
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients on project updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
