Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Faisalabad. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating all project activities, including budget management, resource allocation, subcontractor management, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for managing project schedules and resolving any issues that may arise during construction. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Prior experience in construction management is preferred but not required. This position is open to all genders and nationalities.

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable)
Location: Faisalabad (accommodation provided)
Visa/Travel: Free visa and ticket provided

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of construction projects
- Create project budgets and ensure adherence to budget guidelines
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage subcontractors and negotiate contracts as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor project progress regularly to identify any potential delays or issues
- Resolve conflicts or problems that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues
