Turner - Entry Level



We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Turner to join our team in Greenland. As an Entry Level Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of turning machinery to produce high-quality components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate turning machines according to job instructions
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Make adjustments to machines as needed for efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Turner is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of turning machines, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Greenlandic language is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, with accommodation provided.
