Sales Manager - Sharjah, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800 USD per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to support overall business objectives

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, principles, and best practices
- Experience in developing successful sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
