Land Surveyor

The Land Surveyor will play a crucial role in the planning, development, and maintenance of various construction projects in Ajman. They will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other important information. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting accurate measurements and producing detailed reports.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and lasers
- Interpret survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings based on survey findings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure their proper functioning
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and principles
- Proficient in using surveying tools and software such as AutoCAD, GPS technology, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ajman (preference for Indian candidates)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Experience Level: Experienced professionals or freshers with relevant education/training.
