Our fast-growing software development company in Oslo is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for men with experience in back-end development and the ability to work independently.

As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end of our software applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers to ensure a seamless integration between the front and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++, as well as experience with database management and server-side scripting.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing efficient and scalable back-end systems
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Writing clean, well-documented code that follows industry best practices
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues reported by users or colleagues
- Managing databases and ensuring data security and integrity
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in back-end development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with database management (e.g. MySQL)
- Familiarity with server-side scripting (e.g. PHP)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
