We are a leading industrial construction company in Esbjerg and we are seeking skilled Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications, using various welding techniques and equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the welded structures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in an industrial setting
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of welding equipment and tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols when working with hot metals
- Physically fit and able to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and quality control

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment according to specific job requirements
- Weld metal components using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect welded structures for accuracy, completeness, and defects
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper storage of materials
- Follow all safety guidelines when working with hot metals
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus benefits. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
