Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be familiar with local building codes and regulations. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, as well as communicating with clients to provide updates on project progress. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Los Angeles area. Knowledge of multiple languages, particularly English, Nepali or Urdu would be an asset. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month, and accommodations can be provided if needed. Biometric passport is required for this role.
