Nepali Concierge in Ajman

We are seeking a Nepali Concierge to join our team in Ajman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our hotel. Your main duties will include making reservations, booking tours and activities, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience is not required as we are open to hiring freshers. This position comes with a salary of 1000$ per month and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

As a Nepali Concierge, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with personalized service throughout their stay
- Assisting guests with making reservations for dining, transportation, tours, and other activities
- Providing recommendations for local attractions and assisting guests with planning their itinerary
- Handling guest complaints or concerns promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, facilities, events, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times while representing the hotel

Requirements:
- Must be of Nepali nationality currently residing in Ajman or willing to relocate
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an added advantage)
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
