Plasterboard Installation Specialist

As a Plasterboard Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard in residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboard to fit specific areas, securing the boards in place with nails or screws, and filling any gaps or holes with joint compound. You may also be required to install insulation behind the plasterboard for soundproofing purposes. In addition, you will need to have a good understanding of building codes and safety regulations to ensure that the work is completed to the highest standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working as a Plasterboard Worker or similar position. You must also have excellent manual dexterity and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional training or certification in plastering or drywall installation would be advantageous.

As this role involves working on construction sites, you must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. You should also have good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.
