Concierge at Luxury Hotel in Herning, Denmark

We are hiring a full-time Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Herning, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Make reservations for restaurants, events, and activities for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of local events and activities to make recommendations to guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Fluent in both English and Danish; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
