Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Herning, Denmark



We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Herning, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring all their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and tours
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery
- Keep track of inventory of hotel amenities such as toiletries, umbrellas, etc.
- Assist with special requests from VIP guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of local attractions and points of interest
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
