We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, from concept to completion. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings and blueprints, as well as collaborating with clients and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure the accurate implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and construction teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month without accommodation. We also offer benefits such as biometric passport assistance for international travel.
