As a Teamlead in Aalborg, Denmark, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve project goals and objectives. You will serve as the main point of contact between upper management and the team, ensuring effective communication and coordination. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of individuals to complete projects within deadlines
- Communicate project goals and objectives to team members
- Plan and assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Identify any issues or roadblocks in the project and work towards finding solutions
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, growth, and development
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain open communication with all team members to address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
