Junior Computer Support Specialist
Location: Clairvaux, France


As a Junior Computer Support Specialist at our company, you will provide technical assistance to our clients through remote or on-site support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as providing guidance and training to ensure smooth operation of computer systems. Your role will also involve maintaining and upgrading computer systems, networks, and peripherals.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide technical support through remote or on-site assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify the root cause, and implement solutions to resolve them.
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updating software and backing up data.
- Train clients on how to effectively use computer systems and software applications.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Keep track of all support activities in a detailed report for future reference.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing technical support for computer systems.
- Knowledge of common hardware components such as CPUs, RAM, hard drives, etc.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems quickly and offer effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Strong customer service skills with a patient and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education:
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Clairvaux, France. As this role involves providing on-site support at times, candidates living nearby or willing to relocate are preferred.
