Electrician Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of electricians, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the daily activities of the electricians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support as needed
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of equipment
- Troubleshooting complex electrical issues and providing solutions
- Training new employees on company procedures and best practices
- Maintaining accurate records of project timelines, materials used, and any changes or updates
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Communicating with clients to address any concerns or questions

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an electrician, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A valid electrician license is required. The salary for this full time position is 1300$ per month, with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
