Senior Architect in Horsens, Denmark



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Horsens, Denmark. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction drawings
- Create detailed project proposals and budgets
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Prepare and present design presentations to clients for approval
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals throughout the construction process
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Mentor junior architects on the team

Working hours and salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Working hours will be negotiated based on project deadlines.
