Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator
As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely movement of goods within our warehouse facility in Oslo. Your main duties will include coordinating and tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the proper storage and handling of all goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other departments to schedule deliveries and manage inventory levels
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reporting any discrepancies
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and packaging of all goods according to company policies and industry standards
- Train new warehouse staff on proper procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to identify any safety hazards or potential issues that may affect operations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations processes including shipping/receiving procedures, inventory management systems, and forklift operation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills including experience with inventory management software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary: 1200$ per month
