Merchandiser - Lusail, Qatar

As a Merchandiser based in Lusail, Qatar, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores. You will work closely with the marketing team to create effective displays and promotional materials in order to increase product visibility and sales. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have the ability to work independently without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Ensure that products are displayed prominently and attractively in stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to relevant parties
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective displays and promotional materials
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently without prior experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
