Office Manager for English-Speaking Indian Candidates in Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an English-speaking Indian candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month. As this is a contract job, we do not provide accommodation. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed.
