Part-Time Restaurant Manager
The Part-Time Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Braga. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with prior experience in a management role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service. This role is part-time, with the potential for full-time hours in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations
- Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and promotions
- Keep track of financial records and report any discrepancies to upper management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary: $1400 per month (part-time)
