Entry Level Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Restaurant Manager in Braga, Portugal. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall restaurant operations including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling procedures, customer service techniques, and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all supplies are ordered in a timely manner
- Oversee scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining a positive attitude
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
