Team Lead - Customer Service (Contract Position)


We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing customer service team in Gujrat. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues that require resolution beyond the scope of the frontline representatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes, enhance the customer experience, and meet company objectives.
- Prepare reports on team performance metrics such as call volume, first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
