Team Lead - Gujrat


As a Team Lead in Gujrat, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the team meets their targets and delivers high-quality work within the given deadlines. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor their progress
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Must have own visa or legal right to work in Gujrat

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Final salary offer will be based on experience level.
