Responsibilities:

- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and progress
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Offer guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of online platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
