Online Consultant (Entry-Level)
Location: Oslo, Norway

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on products and services
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service experience is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, Norway. While preference will be given to candidates already residing in Oslo, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are able to relocate at their own expense.
