IT Support Specialist

We are in need of an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in La-Condamine. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Train clients on the proper use of hardware and software
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience working with visa sponsorship
- Familiarity with Mac OS X
- Previous experience providing remote technical support
