We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Turner to join our team on a contract basis in Aarhus, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with operating turning machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good knowledge of different types of materials and their properties
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if necessary

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate turning machines according to specifications provided in technical drawings
- Inspect raw materials for defects before starting the turning process
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy of parts being produced
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed for optimal performance
- Monitor machine operations constantly, identifying any issues or malfunctions that may occur
- Follow safety protocols at all times while handling materials and operating machinery
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
