We are in need of a skilled Fitter to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting and assembling mechanical components, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to safety standards. You must also possess strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-Danish nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Assemble mechanical components
- Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
