Senior Architect - Jerusalem


We are in need of a skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of architectural design and construction projects. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality, functional and sustainable designs that meet the needs and vision of our clients.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in architectural design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage and lead a team. You must also possess exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction
- Create detailed drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress meets design requirements
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Mentor junior architects and interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a portfolio of successful projects
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is preferred
