IT Support Specialist - Fonvieille, Monaco


We are a rapidly growing technology company in need of an experienced and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for employees
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Set up user accounts and manage access permissions
- Provide training for new employees on company systems and software
- Act as a liaison between employees and external IT support vendors when necessary
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven working experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position with own visa sponsorship available. We are looking for someone who can join our team immediately.
