Construction Project Manager

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients to determine project requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design plans
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Monitor progress of projects and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee contractor selection process and manage contracts
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction process
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary: 1000$ per month
