Job Title: Executive Chef (Horsens, Denmark)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring that every dish meets the highest quality standards. Your creativity, passion for food, and strong leadership skills will be essential in driving our kitchen team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served
- Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and teamwork
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu development
- Ability to manage a diverse team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
