We are hiring a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances, painting, and other general handyman tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Repair appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and washing machines
- Patch holes in walls and repair drywall
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Install new fixtures such as faucets, light fixtures, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and air filters
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during repairs
- Keep track of materials used for each job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle physical demands of the job
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary:
$1400 per month

Location:
Los Angeles

Preference:
Indian candidates with valid work authorization preferred.
