We are hiring a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing basic maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on residential properties
- Repair and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and light fixtures
- Fix minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Perform basic carpentry work such as painting, installing shelves, and repairing doors
- Clean gutters and roofs as needed
- Communicate with property owners to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or similar role preferred but not required
