Land Surveyor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Akron. As a Land Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to conduct accurate and detailed surveys of land, using specialized equipment and technology. This position requires excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, mathematical skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Analyze survey data and prepare drawings, charts, and plans
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project specifications
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work
- Adhere to safety procedures while working on job sites
- Maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to use advanced calculations for survey data analysis
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Familiarity with CAD software for drafting maps and plans
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction sites or large-scale development projects
- Proficiency in other languages besides English (e.g. Urdu)

Salary: $1700 per month
