Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in the US. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle invoices, expenses, and other financial tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
