Merchandising Coordinator



We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Vejle. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the visual presentation of products in our stores, ensuring that they are visually appealing and aligned with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to understand product assortments and sales goals
- Develop merchandising plans for each store based on product availability and sales trends
- Create appealing displays and arrange products in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure product availability
- Regularly visit stores to ensure that merchandising standards are being upheld
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and provide support when needed
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions based on market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 900$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Vejle, Denmark. Local candidates are preferred but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
