Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and labor
- Develop detailed schedules and timelines for each phase of the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Keep accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
