IT Manager

A well-established company in Mauren is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and we welcome applicants of Indian nationality who hold their own visa.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and processes. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and backup of all hardware and software systems
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for implementation
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services
- Train employees on new systems or software as needed
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of various operating systems, networks, databases, and programming languages
- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
