IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Mauren. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of data, and providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support company goals
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to employees on all IT-related issues
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend updates or improvements to systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services or products
- Develop budgets for IT projects and monitor expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, databases, cloud-based systems, cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in simple terms to non-tech colleagues
