Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring they meet building regulations and standards. You will also work closely with architects and engineers to develop design solutions and provide technical support throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Ensure all designs meet building regulations, codes, and standards
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions
- Provide technical support during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Review and approve contractor proposals and materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Professional certification in Architectural Technology
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khanpur (local candidates preferred)
