Part-Time Preservation Architect

We are in search of a skilled and motivated Preservation Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Lisbon. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for evaluating and preserving historical buildings and structures to ensure their longevity and cultural significance. This position is suitable for men with a passion for preserving history and architecture, even without prior experience. We also offer free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of historical buildings and structures to assess their condition
- Develop preservation plans and strategies to maintain the structural integrity of these buildings
- Collaborate with construction teams to oversee preservation projects from start to finish
- Research historical materials and techniques to ensure accurate restoration or reconstruction
- Work with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for preservation work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural history, materials, and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Passion for preserving historical sites and structures

Working Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Salary: Starting salary of 1400$ per month.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (free visa and ticket provided).
