As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support to clients and customers through various online platforms. You will act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and customers through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide professional and timely responses to inquiries and concerns
- Assist with resolving any issues or complaints in a positive and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent customer service across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms for communication
- Fluent in English (additional languages may be preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Working conditions:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1800 per month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the clients, but typically range from 8 am to 5 pm. This position is based in Bergen, Norway but remote work may be an option.
