Job Title: Quality Assurance Tester

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Your main duties will include creating and executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues. You will also be responsible for conducting regression testing, analyzing test results, and providing feedback on product improvements. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual testing as well as automated testing tools. This is a full-time position based in Alta with a salary of 1500$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Identify and report bugs in a timely manner
- Work closely with the development team to resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure product stability
- Analyze test results and provide feedback on product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into testing processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in software testing, preferably within a QA role
- Familiarity with manual testing processes and methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or QTP
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
