Construction Manager (Greenland)


We are in need of a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee our building projects in Greenland. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budget management
- Oversee all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any on-site issues
- Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and materials used
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations in Greenland
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: 1100 USD/month without accommodation. Accommodation options can be discussed.
Location: Greenland (free visa and ticket provided)
